Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Delivery, Installation, Warranty, and Returns
Delivery, installation, warranty, returns, repairs, and service terms are handled under Sportbot's published Warranty & Returns policy and any written agreement that applies to your order. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for that specific purchase.

Sportbot machines and training tools must be used responsibly and according to the user manual, safety instructions, on-product warnings, and applicable facility rules. You are responsible for supervising use, maintaining a safe playing area, using appropriate protective measures, and stopping use if the product appears unsafe, damaged, or malfunctioning.
Mobile Applications and Software
We may provide software, mobile applications, firmware, or online features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software only with Sportbot products or services and in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, rent, sublicense, interfere with, or misuse the software except where mandatory law permits.
Accuracy Game and Training Content
Sportbot app features, scoring, analytics, and training content are provided for training and entertainment purposes. They may depend on device settings, camera placement, lighting, internet connection, user input, and other conditions. Results should not be treated as professional coaching, medical advice, or a guaranteed measurement.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Sportbot services to:
- Violate law, third-party rights, venue rules, or safety instructions.
- Damage, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with our website, applications, systems, or products.
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false order, warranty, support, or account information.
- Use Sportbot content, software, or data to build a competing product or service without written permission.
Intellectual Property
Sportbot and its licensors own the website, applications, product designs, software, firmware, text, images, videos, trademarks, logos, and other content unless stated otherwise. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.
User Content and Feedback
